Hi,do you know of a fix that can master the mind numbing black screen of death syndrome i use a windows vista basic computer and would be most greatful for your help.

My problem was not solved and when i go to new user it does not even log in. The computer only works under safe mode with command prompt. I dont know what should i do.

The solution looked good, except windows explorer still fails immediately after log on, returning a black screen with safe mode displayed in the corners. So I can’t get to any app except the CMD prompt via task manager.

Using Vista Premium SP2 build 6002. (restored after later patch update today) Trying to restore the patch version gives catastrophic error message.

If I will create a new account, what will happen to my previous account?

What if I’m using my new account and that problem still exists, will I create another account for this?

Can I delete the account that I’m using and re-create the same account?
