		<description>Used this method to track down an issue with the Base Filter Engine (BFE) which runs an instance of svchost on Windows 7 RC Build 7100 x86.
This was causing my BenQ Joybook-Lite U101 netbook to hang at the &quot;Windows is Shutting Down&quot; screen as well as refusing to come out of standby.
So it was a matter of security or stability... so i chose stability.
I also had Windows Firewall disabled, however this didnt change anything while BFE was still enabled.
Hope this info can be useful to someone else trying to find solutions
